Online Registration

If you are already familiar with the instructions, you can go directly to the online registration page. Otherwise, please review the instructions below

Which of the following are you?

Returning Player (played with Laguna United last fall) – your team manager will provide you with your username and password. Follow the online registration instructions
Transfer Player – my family has played with another Calsouth club or league in previous season(s). Send an email to support@lagunaunited.org, with the following information: Player First and last name, date of birth, parent first and last name and email address. A username and password will be sent back to you. Then follow the registration instructions.
New Player – Never played in a Calsouth affiliated league. (AYSO is not a Calsouth affiliate) Follow the online registration instructions and note the special instructions for new players.

If you plan to pay on-line or pay installments with credit card, please follow the instructions below. After you complete, the online registration, please sign the Laguna United Player Agreement and Attachment A and return them to your team manager. Please note on Attachment A that you have paid online.

If you are paying by check, please return your agreement with your check(s) to your team. You may choose to use the installment plan by check. You MUST provide checks postdated in the amounts on your agreement, dated the due dates. All payment plan checks must be provided when the contract is returned to your team manager.

If you paid your first installment by check, AFTER MAY 15 but before the second installment is due (June 1), get your username and password as described above and then follow the online registration instructions.

Online Registration Instructions

1 Go to the online registration site at http:// lagunaunitedfc2013.sportsaffinity.com and choose “Click Here to Register”

2. Log in using the username and password provided. New Players – choose the Create New Account option at the bottom of the screen

3. Verify Family Members

Use this screen to verify all your information. If you are adding a new family member, click the appropriate button.

VERY IMPORTANT – PLEASE MAKE SURE WE HAVE A CURRENT EMAIL ADDRESS. THIS IS CRITICAL. After you have made any changes to the player or parent information choose Continue.

Player Level of play and details:

After you have verified information selected the players and volunteers from your family, choose continue

Payment and Finalize Registration

You will acknowledge the CalSouth waiver and the Laguna United Agreement and then you will be taken to the payment screen.

Print Receipt

After Registration and payment is accepted, please print a receipt for yourself AND the Calsouth Medical Waiver.

Choose Print Receipts and Form and print the PDF that is downloaded.
